How extended stay works

Choose a suite that meets your needs and strikes your fancy. If you’re in Victoria you can arrange to view a suite by calling our office at 250-385-1785 or emailing us at info@oceanisland.com.

Read and sign our guest agreement. Not able to visit us in person? No problem, we can email this to you.

Pay the deposit (half a month’s rent) to secure your suite. Your suite will be secured for you once we have received the signed guest agreement and payment.

On your move in day, please enter your suite using the code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.

Security deposit refunds are ready for pickup or for mail out, as a cheque, three business days after the move out date specified in your rental agreement.

Monthly Availability & Rates

Ocean Island Garden Suites are generally rented by the month between October and May, and nightly during the summer months.
