Ocean Island Suites Availability

All of the suites are available on a nightly basis during the summer. Please contact us about monthly availability from October through April.

Accommodations over $30 per night are subject to a 14% tax.
Monthly suites available from Oct. 1st, 2010 to May 31st, 2011. The rate before tax is $1475.oo. After tax is $1685.04 plus hydro.

12% of this is HST, which is charged to most goods and services in Canada. 2% of this is Municipal and Provincial Hotel Room Tax, which is applied to all accommodations in British Columbia.

Please note HST is also charged onto MUN tax.

* If you stay longer than 1 month only HST tax will apply. Additional costs for pets. Some conditions apply, contact us for details.

 

How our monthly rentals work

  1. Our suites are rented from the 1st to last day of the month. At the beginning of each month, you can let us know if you want to stay for the next month. However, if you wish to stay in the suite longer than a month, it's better to let us know as soon as possible since suites book up very quickly and well in advance.
  2. If you're interested in one of our suites, contact us and we'll have you fill out an application.
  3. One half month's rent ($737.50) is due to reserve the suite, the remaining half of the first month's rent is due one month in advance of arrival date. Security deposit and pet fees are due upon arrival.
