How our monthly rentals work

  1. Our suites are rented from the 1st to last day of the month. At the beginning of each month, you can let us know if you want to stay for the next month. However, if you wish to stay in the suite longer than a month, it's better to let us know as soon as possible since suites book up very quickly and well in advance.
  2. If you're interested in one of our suites, contact us and we'll have you fill out an application.
  3. To secure one of our suites, you'll need to pay a damage deposit of $737,50 and sign a contract. The contract only commits you to one month in that suite.
